This is something I always do, whenever I feel angry which happens rarely but quite strongly.

After reflecting, decide how you wish to respond to the issue. This could include assertively expressing your feelings, establishing limits, or attempting to reach a compromise.

Be kind to yourself while navigating your emotions. 

By pausing and reflecting before reacting, you allow yourself to respond to difficult situations more deliberately and helpfully. 

 

3. Practicing Relaxation Techniques

Inhale deeply through your nose, then exhale slowly through your mouth. After a few repetitions, you will notice a sensation throughout your body that makes your mind more attentive and quiet.
